Yucatan Quail

Although not a four star eatery, open air restaurants like this one in the small fishing village of San Felipé de Jesús offer uniquely-prepared fresh seafood in a quiet and comfortable setting. Photo by Steve Lightfoot Roy Don Wilson with Texas Best Outfitters has partnered with Yucatán Outfitters and Galo Muñoz to provide Texas hunters with an all-inclusive no hassles package that includes six half-day quail hunts over a four-day period.
